By buying from Nolea Press (noleapress.com) you agree to these terms.

Products and payment

We sell digital e-books and printables (PDF). Prices are shown in USD, and any applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Orders are sold and processed by Link (Sold through Link, LLC), a Stripe company that acts as our reseller and merchant of record. Link collects the payment and applicable taxes and sends your receipt.

Delivery

Your download link is delivered by email immediately after payment. If it does not arrive, contact hello@noleapress.com.

License

You receive a personal, non-transferable license. You may print copies for your own use. You may not resell, share, upload or redistribute the files, in whole or in part.

Refunds

Your order is sold and processed by Link (Sold through Link, LLC), a Stripe company that acts as our reseller and merchant of record. That is why your receipt comes from Link.

When you can get a refund

You can request a refund within 60 days of purchase if:

• you didn't receive the files;
• a file is damaged or corrupted and won't open;
• the product is significantly different from its description or unfit for its purpose;
• the payment was unauthorized or you were charged twice by mistake.

Because the book is a digital file delivered instantly, we don't offer refunds for a change of mind.

How to request a refund

The fastest way is to email us at hello@noleapress.com with your order email. Most download problems we can fix right away by sending a new link or file. If we can't fix it, we'll refund you.

You can also ask Link directly: go to support.link.com, choose "Contact support" and then "Help with a purchase". Link reviews requests within about five business days and may ask for details such as your receipt. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 3 to 7 business days depending on your bank.

Link's refund policy

This policy works alongside Link's refund policy. If Link's policy gives you more than ours, Link's policy applies.

Right of withdrawal

By completing your purchase you ask for the download to be available immediately and acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once it is. This does not affect the refunds described above or your other rights under consumer law.

Liability

Content is provided "as is" for general information. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price you paid. Please read our Disclaimer.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force at the time of purchase applies.
